Examples of current readymade workshops:

Historical Shield Workshop
Pupils can experience working on a wooden base to create shields in relief. Construction and Modelling.  Links to History, Technology and Art.

Illustration
Pupils can experience the work of a famous illustrators linking this to Colour Theory and Mark Making. Learn to layer and build the colours, blending and contrasting. Improves fine motor skills.
This project could end with a gigantic Wall display or form their own illustrated books….
KS1 – Exploring Shapes
KS2 – Exploring Sequential Stories

Drawing Objects
Pupils consider approaches to drawing objects. Building confidence in mark marking. Explores Perspective and proportion. Drawing techniques include observational and expressive. Objects can be discussed to link in with current work.

Using Light to Draw
Aimed at Year 5 and 6 Pupils or KS3 this day workshop looks at the basic concept of photography. Combining Science and Art students can produce their own sun prints (cyanotypes), create pinhole cameras and create shadows. This technique can be used to inspire and bring together their own piece of art.
£695 for class


Timetabling Flexibility: Workshops are 1 Day long but could also come as 2 half days. Materials Provided.
